Is ext dimension same as inflated dimension? Also can you use a compressor type air pump as used to inflate car /bike tyres.

Yes, the external dimensions are the inflated dimensions. Generally, you won't be able to inflate the mattress using a compressor type pump as the valve fitting is much smaller than the compressor outlet.
Hi. How can I know the type of pump that will be suitable for this? I saw the "Coleman 12V Inflate All Air Pump" in the website, would that work? Thanks

Although the Oztrail Velour Air Mattress does not come with an air pump, the mat is designed with a Boston air valve which suits most air pumps. If you want to connect to a 12V plug in your car, you can purchase the Coleman 12V Inflate All Air Pump but if you want to inflate the mat from a 240V power source, you'll need one of the Coleman Quickpump varieties. The Coleman Quickpump Rechargeable 12V/240V pump will allow you to use from either power source. Hope this helps!
