Can I order online and pickup instore?
How can I find out if a store has stock?
On the page which you can view your item, you’ll see a tab called ‘Find Instore’. If you click that, you’ll see whether your closest location has your item in-stock.
I’ve bought online, can I return instore?
Yes, you can. To save yourself some time, you can fill out our returns form before dropping by. If you’ve requested a refund, we suggest allowing up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed. Also, depending on your bank, take another 1-2 days to show up in your account.
Can I call your store direct?
Instead of offering a direct line to each of our stores, we set up a customer support team (1300 914 007) that can answer any curly questions about any of our stores plus all product and order enquiries.
What payment do you take instore?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay & zipPay.
