What support will I get before and after I open my Snowys?
As part of this you will undertake a comprehensive training and induction program at our Keswick store & offices in Adelaide, where you’ll spend time with experienced members of our team as they take you through all aspects of running a Snowys store. You will receive a hard and soft copy of the Snowys Operations Manual which will form the structure of your classroom sessions.
You will also complete in-store training at Keswick ensuring you are knowledgeable and familiar with all aspects of day-to-day store activities.
Once your store is open, we will be there right alongside you to give you the best chance of success from the start. In the early stages when you’re more likely to need them, you will have our team at beck and call who will frequently visit you and/or contact you for ongoing training and operational support as needed. In addition, our Head Office team is always available to assist you with anything you need.
