Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Torrensville, SA - Full Time

We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to take over the general management of our warehouse and fulfillment operations along with the outbound shipping function of our ecommerce business.

This is a newly created position, based at Torrensville in Adelaide, reporting to the Managing Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Snowys warehouse and fulfillment operations, including receiving, inventory storage, picking and dispatch.
  • Manage outbound freight activities and courier relationships conducting regular SLA reviews and cost analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Snowys order fulfillment process, including inward freight, storage, dispatch, and delivery of online orders.
  • Management of the Torrensville facility, ensuring we continue to meet all our WHS requirements.
  • Lead a team comprising of Department Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors with a style that promotes a positive culture.
  • Drive and track strategy and operational goals.

About you:

  • You have excellent knowledge and understanding of modern warehousing and order picking systems and methods.
  • You have experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems, including automated packaging and box making.
  • You have experience with WMS and ERP platforms and a high level of computer literacy.
  • You have strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management ability.
  • You are organised and forward-thinking, with acute attention to detail.
  • You have an obsessive customer focus; you know everything starts with the customer.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset; you’re able to drive production and process improvement via greater efficiency and operational change.

Graphic Designer

Full time | Keswick, SA

Snowys is looking for an experienced, highly skilled and passionate ‘jack-of-all-trades’ Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching, informative, on-brand artwork from concept to completion.

Applicants should have a technical background working with vector, raster & animated graphics, logo & layout design, a strong understanding of digital formats and a real passion for creating shareable content to strengthen the Snowys brand. 

This is a full-time position based in our Adelaide office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with the Product Team, Marketing Team and Instore Teams, creating graphics, icons & logos from concept to completion
  • Designing on-brand promotional artwork for social media, display advertising & EDM’s
  • Produce instore point-of-sale material
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends & brand guidelines
  • Assist the UX Designer creating web-ready icons & graphics
  • Conceptualize and develop new creative concepts
  • Creating animated assets

The essential skills that we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years employed as a professional Graphic Designer
  • Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign on PC)
  • Strong understanding of all digital & print file types, working documents and file sizing 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Experience working with external printers, understanding print requirements
  • Basic photography skills and understanding
  • Prior experience with packaging design is a bonus, but not essential

Customer Support Officer

Casual | Torrensville, SA

Are you passionate about helping people, full of outdoor product knowledge and capable of juggling a few different projects at once? If you answered yes, then you might be just the person we’re looking for!  

Working at our Torrensville office, you will provide support over the phone and online to our customers so they can enjoy their products and get outdoors. This role will be casual and potential to become permanent full time/part-time for the right person.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for online customers with an obsessive customer focus
  • Answering incoming phone calls, taking orders and providing product advice
  • Replying to customer emails and social media messages
  • Responding to enquiries from alternative purchasing platforms, e.g. Amazon and eBay

About you

  • You will have previous experience in a customer service role or be willing to learn
  • You are a natural problem solver with initiative and the ability to think outside the square
  • You have highly developed ‘soft skills’: you’re friendly, empathetic and calm
  • You enjoy a fun team environment and work well with others
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management ability
  • You have a high level of computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office)
  • You are available to work a seven-day roster
