Our delivery partners continue to experience delays across the country. While most parcels are arriving on time local factors in some regions are causing delays of up to two weeks. We will do our best to keep you updated with the latest information as it becomes available to us.
Flood damage to roads and bridges in Northern WA is delaying deliveries from Carnarvon through to Derby by an extra 2-5 days.
Furthermore, deliveries to the towns and surrounding areas listed below are being rerouted through Darwin causing delays of up to 10 business days:

- Halls Creek
- Pt Hedland
Rooftop Tents – Australia Wide
Due to specific shipping requirements rooftop tents are not dispatched on the day of order and are subject to our delivery partners' schedules. Please allow 1-3 weeks metro delivery and 3-5 weeks for regional delivery.
We’re unable to cancel orders which have already left our warehouse, but you may choose to return your order under our standard returns policy (snowys.com.au/returns).

Important delivery info...
Free delivery on orders over $69 has the following conditions:
- Free delivery does not apply to some remote postcodes. For exact delivery cost & times, refer to the delivery tab on each product page or in the checkout.
- To qualify, your order must be greater than $69 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses.
- This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
- Offer excludes Gift Cards.
- This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery – pickup instore is free.
Orders valued between $0 - $69 will incur an $12 delivery charge. Both express delivery & remote delivery will be slightly more (exact price will be available in the checkout).
Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur additional charges from the courier.
If you elect to have your order sent to the nearest depot but fail to collect or cancel your order after it is received by the depot, you will incur a $25 return fee for small parcels (up to 1.8m or 20kg), or $50 return fee on larger parcels.
If you refuse a delivery and the courier returns it to Snowys Warehouse, you will incur a $25 return fee for small parcels up to 1.8m or 20kg, or $50 return fee on larger parcels.
If you've elected to have your order 'sent to the nearest depot' please be aware that the depot could be of distance from your delivery address.
We dispatch from our warehouses during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
If you've missed delivery or your nearest depot is too far away, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge from the courier.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us on 1300 914 007.
Some remote postcodes can incur a small subsidised cost.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a 'Beware of the dog' sign. In this instance, you'll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.
Our couriers do not provide a door-to-door service in all locations around Australia. Some remote addresses may require collection from a local depot.
Our Fast delivery service has access to a variety of different freight carriers – however, Toll, Aramex & Australia Post are most used. We’ll choose the best option based on your postcode and parcel size, while considering any service delays/disruptions, for the fastest delivery.
