How do I adjust height?1 answer
I am elderly and am unable to unscrew my new poles? Can I have a diagram of where I put my hands and which direction Itwist, please
Lorna - 3875(3 years ago)
G'day Lorna,
Unfortunately, I'm not able to add a diagram here, however I'll do my best to describe it for you, if you're familiar with youtube there are lots of videos there for adjusting a telescopic walking pole.
1. Hold the pole out parallel to the ground with your palm holding the main body of the pole (like you'd hold an oar in a rowing boat)
2. Locate the middle piece of the pole, and twist this away from you, this will loosen the mechanism
3. Slide the pole section out, and twist it toward you to tighten
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 with the lower section of the pole, this time holding the middle section securely, and loosening the lower section to slide it out
Hopefully this is helpful, or there is someone who can help you go through the instructions.

removable "feet"1 answer
Hey, I'm just wondering whether the attachments at the bottom of the pole are removable? As wanting to use them to prop up a tarp shelter too
Sam - 3124(4 years ago)
G'day Sam,
The rubber feet at the bottom of the Coleman Trekking Poles can be removed if you're wanting to use these poles with a solid tip, or pop the tips through an eyelet on a tarp shelter.
