I've just had a crack at this myself and the Elemental Trekking Pole Replacement Feet do fit on the Black Diamond Trail Trekking Poles. You can take them back off again as well.

We don't stock the Trail Ergo Core Poles, but I've just tried your question out in-store and I had no issue fitting the Elemental Trekking Pole Replacement Feet onto all the currently available Black Diamond Hiking Poles.

It looks like the Elemental Trekking Pole Replacement Feet will take a pole section of about 1cm, so it looks like it’s going to be a little small for your poles. It’s hard to give you a clear-cut answer as we don’t stock that brand, so you may be best looking into replacement feet from Denali.
