Do you have a cap with an attachable straw (if required) so that I can have a drink of water whilst driving without having to tilt my head back?

Unfortunately the 360 Degree Stainless Steel Drink Bottle series do not have a straw cap option, and unfortuanetly there is no other brand that is compatible.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

At the suggestion of some of my more domestically mature colleagues, I've checked the bottom of the bottle for instructions. It tells me that the 360 Degrees Stainless Steel Drink Bottles are dishwasher safe, provided that they're on the top rack.
Can you get a sports lid/spout like on Klean Kanteens, so you can drink from without needing 2 hands free to take the lid off.

Hi. Can you boil water in this bottle on a campfire like a Billy?
Hi Nikki,
These drink bottles are not designed to be used like a billy and would get extremely hot to handle so we wouldn't recommend it. Having said that, if you get a non-painted version and leave the lid off, desperate times might see some success, however, this would void the warranty.
Yer i take the lid off hang it over the fire with wire easy as that and if u get a steel cup with folding handles u can use it as a nesting cook kit/bottle if u want to go compact
