I recently borrowed a colleagues for Kokoda and I slept beautifully every night. Thoroughly recommend it!

21st century mat

For the last 30 years I've used a thermorest self inflating mat , 3/4 length but as it aged it let me down . this exped lite mat is much better , softer , warmer, thicker although a bit heavier .Don't buggerize about updating your sleeping mat , just do it .

I like my new sleeeping mat

I slept well on my new exped mat. I like the fact that it folds in half and rolls up very small to fit in the bottom of my pack.

G'day Dave,

No, you can not machine wash or tumble dry the Exped Sim Lite 3.8 Sleeping Mat. Use mild soap and water only to occasionally wash the mat.
