Will this awning fit the Yakima easyoff awning bracket system?
Sandy - Sydney, NSW (4 months ago)
G'day Sandy,
The spacing on the back of pullout awnings is fairly universal across most brands, which is roughly 40-52mm apart. According the the Yakima brackets you've mentioned, they are a universal fit, so you shouldn't have any issues.

Sail track?1 answer
The photos clearly show sail track along the front edge of this awning (is it actually a dual track?). Is there also sail track along the two sides? I note the questions re: using other brands of side walls with this awning, as 23zero does not offer them, but in the photos I’m not seeing sail track for attaching them.
Karen - Townsville City, QLD (12 months ago)
G'day Karen,
The sail track on this does have a dual track at the front. There isn't a sail track on the side of this, only at the front, the Darche side walls connect via velcro straps so something similar could work for this awning.

Mounting 1 answer
What is the distance between the two mounting bolts (top to bottom bolt rail)
Mark - Cairns, QLD(1 year ago)
G'day Mark,
We currently only have the Raven 2500 to measure although this measurement shouldn't be too different between them. The distance between the two mounting bolt rails is approximately 50mm.

Can this awning be mounted to roof bars?
Chris - Charlestown, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Chris,
Not sure what you mean by roof bars sorry, but this is designed to be mounted to any kind of roof rack system that has a minimum of two racks or cross struts. If you mean roof bars like the rails that run down each side of the vehicle roof, then no you cant. These are mounting rails to attach a roof rack system too. Hope that answers your question in someway!

Side Walls1 answer
Will the Darche KOZI side walls work with this awning? The KOZI side will have been designed to suit the Darche awning horizontal pole length extending from the car. Is the 23Zero awning pole length the same as the Darche, nominally 2.5m? Or will the side wall be a bit slack if the 23Zero poles are a bit shorter? Or, can you recommend other side and front walls for this awning?
Richard - Dunsborough, WA (3 years ago)
G'day Richard,
The dimensions of the Raven 2 x 2.5 & the Kozi 2 x 2.5 awnings are the same. Apart from discrepancy in colour and branding, there shouldnt be any issues using the Kozi wall with the Raven. If you do want something more similar in colour, the Darche Eclipse side wall extension may be a good option.

Darche Eclipse 1 answer
Hi - What’s the better buy between this and the Darche Eclipse?
Ben - Canberra, ACT(3 years ago)
G'day Ben,
There isnt one, basically. Both brands are on par with manufacturing quality and materials, and its very difficult to choose one over the other. The Darche uses a slightly higher grade canvas, however, both awnings have the same waterhead rating, and the 23Zero has an additional light suppression technology which makes it darker overall when used with walls. We cant choose for you sorry, but hopefully, that helps in some way.

Mounting question1 answer
Hi. What is the maximum overhang outside the mounting points for this model? Also can the install instructions be found online somewhere? Thanks
Theo - Brisbane(3 years ago)
G'day Theo,
The overhang shouldn't exceed 60cm on either end for any awning. 23Zero doesn't have installation instructions online, but they will be supplied in the box with the awning.
