The Papa Hubba is to the Hubba range what Papa Smurf was to the whole Smurf colony - a strong and reliable source of comfort in stormy weather. All jokes aside, the Papa Hubba NX is a sleek yet extremely liveable 4 person backpacking tent for the group on the go.

The Papa Hubba will keep you and the gang dry and warm from three season weather with its waterproof fly and strong symmetrical frame to protect from side winds. The poles and hub are connected, and the clips along the tent are colour-coded so set up is practically foolproof. This means you can take full advantage of the outdoors with minimal time spent setting up your base.

When you pack up, the stuff sack basically does all the work for you to compress it down to the size of the average 2 person tent. With a reputation for innovation and quality, MSR tents are a worthwhile investment for any serious group backpacker or adventurous family.

Great tent - so small, light and well engineered - slept a family of 5!

We bought the tent to go overnight kayaking with the family with potential for overnight hikes.
It comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 kids (aged 7,5 and 3) each on a thermarest (of varying sizes) I think we'll all fit ok for another 3 or 4 years at least, after which it will go back to being a 4 person tent.

It is a great tent, strong and very light. Very nice details (like the connections to the poles, the in-tent pockets etc. We had several storms come through with not a hint of a leak (of course!), the pitch is easy, two vestiblues are a good size tho we haven't tried to cook in one yet.

Highly recommended. Ridiculously small and light for a decent floor area. Buy the footprint to look after the floor (it also integrates nicely)
