cook wear1 answer
Are you planning on listing appropriate cook wear that can be used in this? Example, there is a picture of a couple cooking meat and veggies with what looks like cast iron vessels with removable handles. Also a recipe book would be very helpful.

G'day Margaret,
Cookware can just be oven-proof, if its something you can use inside your oven at home, you will also be able to use it in the pizza oven. As its designed for pizzas there will be limitations in size. You realistically wouldn't be able to use anything taller that an oven-safe tray or frypan.
Approximately how long would this take to cool down so that it can be transported, say, from a picnic.

G'day Margaret,
Unfortunately, we don't have this information, as these are a brand new product range for us and we're yet to have any of the team use one. Ultimately there's not going to be a straightforward answer, it would depend largely on the ambient temperature and things like wind, etc. You'd probably want to work off a ball park of around 0.5-1hr.
