Hi. I have a mannagum henty tent, bought about 7 years ago. Recently, one of the angled ferrules on the front poles has bent. I wondered if you carry any spare parts for mannagum please, i have googled but without much success. Any advice much appreciated, many thanks, Greg

G'day Greg,
Thanks for getting in touch, unfortunately, Mannagum no longer exist so getting parts will be extremely difficult. My best suggestion would be to pick up a set of fibreglass tent poles in the kit with a straight ferrule and see if you can get someone to bend it for you.

tent poles1 answer
hello I have one of these tents, but the annex pole recently snapped and I'm after a replacement.
I've sent a message to Mannagum too to see if they have poles, and I see on your website that you can no longer get these tents,
but I was hoping you may have some poles lying around?!?!

Hi David, unfortunately we don't have any spare poles from the Henty 4 here. Is it one of the straight or bent poles that snapped? If it's one of the straight poles that you need, then you could use a fibreglass pole replacement kit to fix that up, which you can find on our website here. If it's a bent pole, then you will need to get one specific to the tent which Mannagum should be able to supply.Â

can you just pitch the tent part if you don't want the whole thing up?1 answer
we have a tent similar but it is old and well used so thinking of a new one thats similar.. sometimes we have pitched the tent part without the vestibule on quicker trips so wondering if this is possible for this one.

Not with this one sorry Karen, the vestibule is part of the inner tent also. You can pitch the inner independently but it will still take up the same footprint area. There are other tents whereby the inner tent is simply a 'square dome' and the vestibule is created with the flysheet. Check out the Coleman Overlander 4P, Roman Tracker 4VD, Black Wolf Tanami and Zempire Neo 5 tents.
