G'day Vinh,
You can use these on a traditional gas cooker, however, you'd be best sticking to the smallest size burner, depending on the stove type. Hard anodised aluminium doesn't go so well under really high heat either, so if you keep the heat fairly low there shouldn't be any problems.

Can you use on induction cooktop
Sue - SPRINGWOOD(4 years ago)
G'day Sue,
Unfortunately not, you won't be able to use these on an induction cooktop as they're made from Hard Anodised Aluminium. You'll need stainless steel or copper to be compatible with an induction cooktop.
