Move over dome and touring tents, the future is here and its inflatable. Aero TL Lite tent from Zempire is quick to pitch and is super liveable for a small family or group.
The Aero TL Lite provides space for three people with plenty of head height, but it also won’t weigh you down as it comes in at just 16kg. The poles are easily inflated by the included pump, and the TM Lite also comes with a sewn-in groundsheet so there’s one less thing do to when setting up your site. Fully seam sealed and constructed from fabric that offers a waterhead rating of 3000mm, this tent is fully weatherproof.
The large internal living space is separated by a blackout room and wall– so you can catch some extra sleep without the sun waking you up at the crack of dawn. You can get some cool air circulating thanks to the multiple ventilation throughout this tent as well. The internal storage ladders provide space for storing smaller gadgets, the lantern rigging allows you to illuminate your shelter easily, and the power cord access area lets you use your 12V gear with ease.
The Aero TM Lite also has a wet weather access and vestibule so you can keep your living and sleeping area clean and dry. For a roomy, spacious and cleverly feature inflatable tent, the Zempire Aero TL Lite is just what you need.

Bedroom window?1 answer
Does the bedroom have any windows for airflow? Either on this one or the TL light? Thanks
Kirsti - Nelson Bay(5 years ago)
G'day Kirsti,
Neither the Zempire Aero TM Lite, or the TL Lite have bedroom windows.
The Zempire Aero Pro series do have a full length window panel at the rear of the bedroom section.

Does this come with a mesh front door?1 answer
Hi Snowys. Can you please clarify whether the front 360 door does indeed have the ability to just be a mesh screen once the fabric has been unzipped? As per Zempires website: "All 360 fly doors feature both a solid fabric layer for privacy and warmth, as well as a mesh layer for bug protection, while still allowing airflow through the tent." I read a review on your site saying it is not the case and I can't find any videos or photos showing the door closed. Thanks

G'day Carlo,
I've given Zempire a buzz and they confirmed that the Aero TM Lite Air Tent can have just the mesh door at the front to allow airflow but no creepy crawlies.

Single or double skin?1 answer
Is this tent a double skin with an attached fly?
Kylie - Dulwich hill(6 years ago)
G'day Kylie,
I've just given Zempire a call to double check this for you and they confirmed that it's an all in one tent. There isn't a separate fly but you can buy a roof cover separately if you wanted a bit of extra protection.

Is this compatible with the aero awning accessory?1 answer
Is this compatible with the aero awning accessory? Or is that only for the larger version of this tent?
Kylie - Dulwich hill(6 years ago)
G'day Kylie,
You'll have no issues using the awning accessory with the Zempire Aero TM Lite Air Tent. It's designed to be able to fit the whole range.

I love the layout of this tent 2 answers
And wondered if there are any others offering similar layouts (with the ability to divide the rear sleeping area). I'm not familiar with zempire but I'm presuming they are a good quality tent? How reliable is the warranty? Many thanks :)
Clare - Tapping, Perth(7 years ago)
G'day Clare,
There is no tent like this Zempire Tunnell range, which is what makes it so unique and attractive.
Zempire is a fantastic brand, family operated from New Zealand, they design and create really well thought out products and back them to perform. We've loved stocking their products and working with their team and the feedback from customers has been really positive so far.

G'day Clare,
In terms of quality, it's a tough split, but I would say that Zempire would be a more durable and easy to use the product due to the air pole design. It's also much more compact when packed down.
In regards to the sleeping area, the Coleman Darkroom Northstar 10 has more allocated sleeping areas, but nowhere near as much communal space. Whereas the Zempire Aero TM Lite has a huge amount of communal space, with the sleeping area across the rear. If you'd like a bit more peace of mind, you could consider the Zempire Aero TL Lite which expands the sleeping area. This tent is available here.
