Stretcher is impossible to assemble straight out of the bag! We purchased this for our 12yo son to take Scout camping but an adult could not have put this together let alone a child. The poles were too long to fit into the slots, we had to file them down to enable them to fit. Wire legs are a feat in themselves to put in, care needs to be taken not take an eye out if you let go. Sways a bit when an adult lies on it - guess ok for a kid. Only thing going for it is it's light & packs up small.

Hi TCW, we're sorry to hear you had some troubles setting up your stretcher. We would agree, first-go it does require a bit of elbow grease, but should be worn in from there after. If we can help out in any way, please don't hesitate to call us on 1300 914 007. If something isn't right we want to do whatever we can to help your son sleep soundly. Laine

Not too bad

Apart from almost taking an eye out trying to get the legs in, it was okay to sleep on, it wasnt uncomfortable.
