Love this tent, it's so easy to put up and pack down. On our recent trip, all the other tents had problems with condensation dripping inside, but this never happened to us. The sides would be wet if you touched them but there is plenty of room to have your items away from the walls and the tent dried fairly quickly. I only have 2 recommendations, enable the front awning to roll up out of the way for quick overnight stops and improve the awning poles, they do slip down in strong winds.
hi in the review for this tent the customer states that theirpoles slid down in strong winds.. that is a real problem if comfort and safety is a priorty when holidaying.. do you have grip accessories available to help stop the sliding?
Hi after a recent camping trip when arriving home I noticed that my awning/fly was missing,apparently left behind on the beach camping site I camped on. Is it possible to get a replacement awning for this tent.(this is not the canvas tent turbo lite 300)

How do I know when my repayments are due?

Your first payment is due one month after your first purchase, and then falls due on that day each month (eg 15th of each month). You can pay the minimum amount at any time in the month before your due date.

We understand that people’s circumstances can change and we will always look to work through a solution that works for both you and ZIP. It is hard to help if we don’t hear from you!
