We purchased the Tanami delta 3, which is great for weekend, but after that our backs got sore. Looking for something a little larger we can stand up inside of.
G'day Shelley,
Completely understand your predicament. It depends on how tall you are. The Black Wolf Tuff Dome Plus is 190cm at its peak but then falls away from the middle by approximately 10-15cm.
Hi there, I purchased the tuff dome plus last year and I would like to include some additional shelter to the front of the tent for sitting, barbecuing etc. As far as I am aware there are no awnings available for this product. Could you please confirm. If there is not an awning, is there another shade coverage that you would recommend for the front of the tent?
G'day Greg,
Nice choice of tent. You're right, there are no purpose-made awnings or shelters to go with the Tuff Dome Plus. However, you can simply place a gazebo or sun shade of some description at the front of the tent to provide a shelter to cook and relax in.Â
Have a gander at our gazebo range to see if anything catches your eye. To choose the right one, you need to consider what you're wanting to put under it; size; whether it needs to provide just shade or rain protection too; and your budget.
If you have any questions about any of the shelters, let me know. Cheers, PaulÂ
I have a Coleman 'easy up' 6 person tent which I can easily erect by myself even though the instructions say 2 people are needed... so wondering about this one
