Yes, the Eco Elite 30 Wmn's Sleeping Bag packs down about the same size as the Elite Eco 30, you can see the comparison to the Nalgene bottle in the video for the Elite Eco 30.

Marmot makes this in both short and long, this is the shorter version for women less than 168cm. I have my heart set on this particular bag made from recycled materials and the manufacturer does not ship to customers outside the US
