We don't have an iPhone 6 Plus here sorry Alex so I can't give you a definite answer. It's not specifically designed as a phone pouch, so I can only go by dimensions which indicate that it would be suitable. However, there are card and coin pouches inside, and I don't know how well a combination of these items as well as your phone would work. Sorry I couldn't be much clearer on this for you.
