Does this also have a tides and moon function?
G'day Jez,
I've got a Suunto 7 and there's no default function for moon & tidal tracking. The Suunto runs Googles Wear OS as the operating system, so there may be an option for an app that will meet your needs, but a quick search of the Play Store doesnt look hopeful.
If there is an app that you currently use on your phone that you like, it might be worth contacting the developer and asking if they could consider and Wear OS version.
Hi guys just wanted to know how difficult these are to set up time gps etc or do you just sync up with phone and if the battery goes flat does watch loose memory of settings
G'day Steve,
I have a Suunto 7, and I absolutely love it.
So easy and straightforward, just charge it up and sync with your phone and you're good to go.
If the battery goes flat just charge as you would with every other smart device, there's no disruption to the function of the watch.
I am an absolute tech noob and have no issues at all!
