If you want to speed up the inflation process for your existing Zempire air tent, then the Supercell Pump from Zempire is the way to go.
Just attach this pump to the inflation port, and it will inflate to the set required PSI without overinflating as it has an automatic switch to high-pressure mode at 1PSI. The housing is a durable ABS plastic, and it comes with a carry handle, adjustable pressure gauge, inflate/deflate outlets, a 1.3m hose with nozzles and a 3m DC wire included.
Get your Zempire air tent set up even faster and easier by adding the Supercell Pump from Zempire to your arsenal.

Hello, My 4wd is only rated to 13amp output. I was wondering if there were any other solutions to power this like using a cig plug to alligator clip attachment to connect directly to the battery?
G'day Jason,
We don't have a cig to alligator adapter at the moment, but you should be able to pick one up fairly readily from Jaycar.
Something like this should do the trick, just double check the current rating on the cable when you head in.
Hi, This pump has a deflating option also. Can it used to deflate the zempire TL V2 Pro tent? Opening the value from the tent will make 90% of the air to go out but the remaining 10% gives us hardwork while packing the tent to the desired size. Can this pump be used so that the last bit of air can be sucked out and the tent can be packed easily? will there be any problem by doing it? Thanks
G'day Mani,
Yep, absolutely! There's no reason why you can use it to deflate, will make it a bit easier to pack the tent away aswell.
I have the Zempire Supercell pump and a Dometic PLB 40 lithium battery pack. The pump has a rated current draw of 14amps and the battery pack has a rated current output of 15amps at either the 12 volt DC cigarette lighter style output, or the 2 pin output for a fridge. However when I try to start the pump from the PLB 40 it flashes the error symbol and DC output symbol and the pump momentarily starts and then cuts out. Looking at the trouble shooting manual for the PLB 40 its either a short circuit (unlikely) or over current protection - possibly - as the start up current for the pump might be more than 15amps initially - I can't find any figures unfortunately. What portable power pack would you recommend to run this pump? Many thanks :-)
G'day John,
Zempire state this one as having a 15A / 180W draw, so you'd need an outlet that covers that with a bit of a buffer.
I'm not sure of a unit that would have up to 20A through a cigarette port but you could look at a battery pack with a 50A Anderson outlet.
Something like the Hard Korr Battery Box with your choice of battery to go in it would be a great option, that has a 50A Anderson output that actually delivers up to 50A. You'd just need a female cigarette to Anderson adapter like this one.
Does this have a rechargeable battery or does it need to attach to the car charger every time you need to inflate the tent?
G'day Bev,
This doesn't have a rechargeable battery so it will need to connect to a 12V DC power source such as the car cig-plug for this to run and inflate the tent.
I don’t want to get to a campsite and annoy the neighbours. Can anyone tell me if this pump is very noisy when it’s operating?
G'day Jane,
We don't have a definitive way to answer this sorry, it is noisy, but ultimately it's a camping product designed to be used in a camping space. It wouldn't be noisier than an air compressor for example.
Realistically, unless you're rocking up to camp at 9pm, your camp neighbors should have any issue with you using a pump for 10mins to set up your tent.
Hope that helps.
Is this pump suitable for my aero base 3
G'day Cheryl-lee,
Yes, the Supercell pump is designed to be used with Zempires Air Tents and Shelters.
Hi, I'd like to inflate the tent in the backyard sometimes - can I get an DC to AC converter for this?
G'day Pete,
We've double-checked this with Zempire, and because the pump draws 15 Amps there isn't any 12V to 240V adapters we sell that will do this, unfortunately. You might be able to find something suitable at a store like Jaycar, however Zempire did advise that the output could be decreased by doing this, which possibly wouldn't inflate your tent to the required PSI.
Just after a feel for quality. Hopefully it isn't Chinese made
G'day Glenn,
Zempire manufactures their products in China, however, they are made to a very high-quality standard, so please don't think that Chinese made products are inferior purely because of their country of origin. Most of the top-rated high-end tents are manufactured in China and are excellent quality.
I think it would be suitable?
G'day Tim,
The Zempire Supercell Pump is Boston Valve compatible only, and unfortunately will not work with a HR valve.
Hi, I had a look on the Zempire website and it says this comes with both the HR adapter and the Boston adapter in the box. I'm thinking of buying it for the same purpose to pump up my SUP board. Is it possible to confirm this please?
G'day Dan,
Thanks for the follow-up, it looks like we had incorrect information here. You're correct Zempire has indicated that the Supercell Pump comes with a HR valve adapter, so yes, it should suit a SUP, however one thing to note is that the pump will flip to a low-volume/high-pressure setting once it reaches 1 PSI which might mean the pump will take a little longer to inflate your SUP than a hand pump will.
How long does this pump take to inflate an Aerodome III tent?
G'day Jade,
The tent should be up and in action within 6-7 minutes, however, they do take up to 20 minutes to full inflate the tent to the specified PSI.
Hi team,,,, will this pump blow up airbeds also
G'day Todd,
The Supercell Pump is just designed for inflating Zempire Air Tents. Unfortunately it isn't compatible with airbeds.
