Take a step in the flight direction with the Stratos Hybrid 42 litre Wheel Aboard Backpack by Caribee.
Wheel into the weekend with a wheel aboard trolley bag design and backtrack to a backpack thanks to its conversion capability for versatility on every adventure. With multiple internal storage pockets, the padded front sleeve is compatible for most laptops or tablets – so you can tap in on your travels. Comfortable carrying is owed to the concealable padded harness system and shoulder straps. When you’ve given in to gravity, get a handle on things with the single-arm push-button trolley system while side-mount spinner wheels make for slick convenience on the concourse or the concrete.
For a rucksack that struts across the tarmac, the Caribee Stratos Hybrid 42 litre Wheel Aboard Backpack is love at first flight.
Are the wheels covered with the back unzipped compartment when wearing as a backpack? Just trying to figure out if the wheels are protected/covered from dirt and digging into back while wearing it.
The harness cover is simply stuffed in behind the harness at the base for storage, it doesn't cover the wheels. The wheels are designed to sit clear of your body, but this is largely dependent on your body shape. The harnesses on a bag like this are really only there to provide a comfortable carry for short periods i.e., to/from accommodation and around the airport. ~ Ben
