Washing shoes1 answer

Hi there, I am wondering how can I wash those shoes. Can I throw them into the washing machine? Thanks.

G'day Tracy,

Absolutely not, its not good for the shoe or the Gortex lining & we generally advocate that no shoes should be put in a washing machine.
If these need to be cleaned you can use a stiff-bristled brush to get rid of any excess dirt/mud, etc and from there you can use a specific shoe cleaner such as the Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.

size guide1 answer

If I choose a EUR size 39 what size is this in UK size? Will it be a 6 or a 6.5? Your size guide chart does not include Scarpa, so was very confusing... Not sure if I should go for the 39 or 40. I would prefer a UK size 6.5 please advise

G'day Kathy,

I've just had a look at the shoe boxes and a EU39 is listed as US Men's 6.5, US Women's 7.5, and the EU40 is listed as US Men's 7.5 and US Women's 8.5. These ones don't list a UK size so best to purchase based on EU size I think.
