It's not something the bowl is designed to do, however, you could try, we just don't know how it would go!
They look very straight edged so I’m not sure if they would stack well.

You can stack these, however they don't nest, so you'll end up with a bit of a higgelty piggelty stack.

Great question, unfortunately, it's not something we're able to check as we don't sell the mess kit. I've had a look at the Mess Kit on the suppliers' site, and they don't list dimensions, however, I think they might not fit.
