Perforated shoulder straps allow for breathability on the hotter hikes, with zippered pockets for convenience too. A wet clothes compartment keeps the grubby gear separate, and an adjustable, detachable waist belt ensures tailored comfort.
Both hip-fin and top pockets with zippered closures provide secure stash crannies for the snacks and knick-knacks, while a zip-around opening at the top offers an easy and efficient packing design. Plus, with attachment loops for the gadgets, ice axes, and hiking poles, outer pouches for soft flasks, both side and top mesh pockets, and a key clip – this bag is abundant in storage solutions and attachment points.
Strut the mountainside in with baggage that’s as functional as it is feminine – the Deuter Speed-Lite Pro 23 SL Backpack.
It was me who just asked another question about attaching z-poles to this pack. I was concerned whether it would be possible to attach two poles given there is just the one loop on the back. However, I just saw this, which suggests the second pole can be attached this way. I think this is the case for the SL version too? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/9jhLB9qPJT8 Can you please confirm how to attach two z-poles to this pack. Cheers.
G'day Pam,
Apologies if my previous answer wasnt clear - the elastic loops stow a pair of poles in them, together in the same location.
The video you've linked to is exactly how they stash.
Hi, I notice on this new version of this pack, there is only loops for hiking poles on the left side (not both sides like in the previous model). Can you please let me know whether it is possible to stash two z-poles in this one? Thanks.
G'day Pam,
Yep, we tried this out last week and you can fit a pair of poles no worries.
