Looking for waste additive suitable to permit disposal of toilet contents down drop toilets in national parks

Unfortunately I can't give you a black and white answer here as while this product is environmentally friendly, it still contains chemicals so you have to check with your park authority before your trip, as adding chemicals to a drop toilet may kill the bacteria needed to break down waste in a drop toilet.Â
If we had to give a recommendation, we would say to always use a waste drop point if any kind of chemicals are involved (just to be on the safe side).Â
