In the video you mention that these fit true to size however the specs list that they run large. I'm curious which one it is? Thanks

We need to update our website details I think, Ben. Salomon's sizing seems to have changed a little and they are more true to size than we have previously found, so I'd stick with them being true to size and we will modify our details.
