If you like the feel of a silk liner, but usually find it too restrictive then Sea to Summit has answered your problem by adding stretch side panels to their Silk Travel Hooded Mummy Liner - so you can wriggle around to your heart's content.

The fit will compliment your mummy sleeping bag, and the added polyester and lycra panels along the seams stretch with you as you move around – making it ideal for the restless sleeper. Love the stretch

Bought this as I spend a lot of time overseas for work and don't have the luxury of staying in hotels. I go through a sleeping liner about every two years as a result of wear and tear and eventually kicking a hole through the bottom. Love the stretch panels on the sides which gives the liner the flex it needs to hopefully prevent this happening again. Love that it adds extra warmth when its cold but can also be used as a sheet on its own when warm. Not sweat inducing like some liners can be.

very handy

just finished travelling around Europe, mostly staying in hostels which are not known for the greatest mattresses.
The bag liner gives the comfort and sense of cleanliness that I appreciate.
also added extra warmth to my sleepingbag on colder nights
