From the backyard barbies to the campsite parties, the CS102 Portable Gas Stove by Dometic is hot to go.
In this case, minimum input generates maximum output – thanks to two burners easily ignited with a push-button Piezo to produce high heat, so you can savour the sizzle of that snag in the pan. A powder-coated pressed steel construction includes integrated windshields that double as a lid, having this gas stove robust enough to bear the brisk, outdoor winds for reliable, rustic, campsite cooking. Fold to a compact size, stack, and store away between outdoor getaways.
The Dometic Portable Gas Stove CS102 is built for those unbeatable al fresco feeds.
Will this stove work with Jetboil or Pro:Fuel Butane-Propane style cannisters?
G'day Gary,
It won't sorry, this stove is compatible with LPG only. It comes with 3/8th BSP gas hose which is compatible with refillable LPG camping gas bottles.
Hope that helps.
Does the Dometic CS102 portable stove connect directly to a 4kg lpg cylinder or must a pressure regulator be used?
G'day,
This is a low pressure hose, which requires a regulated gas supplied. The hose provided must be used with this hose - it has an inline regulator.
Hope that helps.
Can the Dometic CS102 portable stove be connected to a 9kg gas bottle with a POL fitting
You can, Sue, provided you use a 3/8 BSP to POL adaptor like this - https://www.snowys.com.au/gas-cylinder-adapter-pol-38-bsp-lh-straight.
Be aware that there is a new valve that is not being circulated that replaces the POL valve called the LCC27. We haven't seen any adapters for this valve, nor am I convinced any will be made for safety reasons. More info on that here if you are interested - https://www.snowys.com.au/blog/pol-and-new-lcc27-gas-fitting/.
