In Australia there is not a women's version of the Micro Vario TA, however, there is the Women's Micro Vario Carbon Poles.

Are you able to get this adjusted down to 100cm?

We do have more detail in the product specifications, but no. The adjustment length for these poles is 110-130cm, they are part of the Ultralite Folding range, and this is the standard adjustment options for this range.
If you are needing poles that go down to the 100cm mark, take a look at Leki's Ultralite Womens Folding range.
