The dimensions are fairly similar so you shouldn't have any issues using this with other similarly sized mattresses.

We haven't actually tried this out, but can't see any reason why you couldn't leave it on. It should just roll up like a second skin without too many issues.

Yes, the sidewall is 10cm, so will fit mattresses anywhere up to 10cm thick.
