Is the Exped LuxeMat more comfortable than the Exped MegaMat Max?

G'day Peter,

The mattress itself is the same, with the Luxe mat having the additional cover and quilted wool topper which adds extra home comforts to the mat.
Comfortablility is subjective and often comes down to the individual sleeping on the mat, but I would argue that the additions would improve comfort for most sleepers.
