It's a little deeper than alternative hot plates, but it's a good fit & will give you plenty of cooking space.

The Hillbilly Hotplate is made from Heavy Duty Steel, so you could use a BBQ Hotplate wet wipe on this. We'd recommend ensuring that you keep the plate seasoned so it doesn't rust though, so you might need to wipe or spray some oil onto the surface once it dries. These plates are a little too small for the FyreKnight Stove, they won't completely cover both of the burners.

Thanks for reaching out, there isn't really a grill option available for Trangias as they're really designed for lightweight compact adventures. We'd recommend using the built-in frypan/lid if you're wanting to grill something.

I think I may have been on the phone with you earlier regarding this plate and stove combination. As discussed I think the hotplate should work with the dual-fuel stove, but I don't have a stove to double-check at the moment. The plate is a good size for the Hyperflame FyreCadet, and Triton stoves.
