Weight range1 answer
Is this mattress good for two different sized people? One person 110kg and the other 60kgs? Will the lighter person roll into the heavier person and is there a weight range for the mattress?
Sandra - Greensborough (1 year ago)
There is no weight range so both of you will be fine sleeping on this mat, Sandra. It is an inflatable product though, and it doesn't have individual springs like your mattress at home, so the lighter person will most likely feel movement on the mattress more so than the heavier.

Dometic Pico 2x2 TC1 answer
Will it fit in a Dometic Pico 2x2 TC. I think it's out by 10cm but will it still fit?
Rebecca - Melbourne, VIC(1 year ago)
G'day Rebecca,
No, it won't, it's too big sorry. When choosing an alternative mattress for a swag, you'll need to get something the same size or smaller. Its not good for the mattress or the swag to have to stuff something in and have it pushing up against the walls.

Hexatherm Diamond 3D 1 answer
Is the mattress bonded in order to prevent the movement of air when laying on it.

Any difference between this and the hexatherm besides size?1 answer
Hi, Is there any difference between this and the Blackwolf Hexatherm besides size?
Daniel - Seven Hills, NSW (1 year ago)
G'day Daniel,
Theres a couple of different Hexatherms, so I'm going to assume you're refering to the red material double mattress? In which case, yes - the foam top has a different texture, but other than that & the colour there's not a huge amount of difference in comfort or quality. Generally if you were choosing between the two the point of difference as a deciding factor would be the size.

Better than air bed in the cold? 1 answer
Would this be better alternative to an airbed in cold weather?
R.L.S - NSW(1 year ago)
G'day,
Yes, absolutely. A standard air bed has an insulative R-value of 0. This mattress has an R-value of 7.9, which is on the higher end of the camping mattress insulation range. Hope that helps.

Hexatherm queen 3d Diamond Cell Mattress1 answer
Should I store this mattress rolled up or flat.
Andy - Torrensville Plaza, SA (1 year ago)
G'day Andy,
This mattress is bonded, so either way is fine. If you do store it rolled up, we recommend getting it out every few months (if you're not going away often), and giving it a chance to inflate for a day or two before putting back in storage.

is this suitable for camper trailers?1 answer
i have a forward fold, hard floor camper trailer, would this mattress reinflate ok if stored flat within the camper when closed for a few months? As in it may be compressed flat for a period of time.
Gina - Muswellbrook, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Gina,
This is a bonded camp mat, so generally this means its ok to store rolled up or compressed. We do recommend pulling stored Self Inflating mattresses out of storage & reinflating them every 6-8 weeks if you're not going away, just for optimal mattress health.
