Can one remove the actual hydration pack from the backpack to use in a hiking rucksack? 1 answer
I am doing a massive day walk. Would this be appropriate?
However, I am also doing various hikes in Tassie and I need to update my Platypus.
Can I use the water reservoir from the Camelbak severally in my other rucksack?
Thanks Anni

This would be more than suitable for any day walk Anni. If it's water, lunch, rain coat, first aid and some basic essentials, then the Helena will cover your needs. The water bladder can be easily removed from it's independent compartment and used in other day or ruck sacks.
