The Expander Liner Long is made from a Polycotton, so it's really just designed to keep the inside of your sleeping bag clean, similarly to a top sheet on your bed at home. It may add 1 or 2 degrees of warmth to your bag, but Sea to Summit doesn't specifically give it a temperature rating.
Might just be a mobile thing but I can't see which option is for which colour?
