Hello! Is the gazebo windproof or tested until certain wind speed?

Can you have 4 walls so as to make the gazebo completely enclosed in prolonged windy/wet weather. we are looking to create another room in a sense, somewhere for us to all hang out in bad weather, also something that will stand up to strong winds

Does this fit the deluxe Event 14 model also? And how does that work if they are different sizes? Thanks kindly
