Brilliant lighting solution!

Love this. Easy to set up, attached to one side of the Event 14, plugged into battery charged off solar panels. Perfect turned up bright for cooking and eating by, then dim it down for relaxing and reading or playing cards.

great lighting solution

As long as you have something to plug it into this is a great light for camping. Can be made as bright as day, or quite dim when the kids go to bed. We run it under our event 14, and plug it into a $50 jump starter pack from kmart.

Best battery for lights1 answer

If i wanted to use this in my market stall gazebo, but don't have access to a power facility, what is the best battery pack i should use for it?

G'day Tammi,

The Companion EPAK 12V Led Strip Light runs off a 12V power source using a car cigar type plug so you'd need a battery like a Goal Zero Yeti 150 with the right type of input. It'd work great but probably isn't the cheapest option for what you're using it for. We do sell the Oztrail Mutli-Use LED Spotlight kits that might suit your needs. You could run these run on rechargeable AAA batteries.

Plug1 answer

I was just confirming that this has a regular plug attachment?

G'day Dennis,

The plug on the Companion EPAK 12V Strip Light is your typical 12V plug that plugs into the cigarette lighter of your car.
