We haven't personally tried this pump out with the Black Wolf Mega Deluxe, but these mattresses do have the same valve style as the Zempire Monstamats, which are compatible.
I'd say you'd have no issues but as the Mega Deluxe is a self inflating mattress, just be careful not to over inflate it when using the pump.

No, unfortunately the Double Action Pump attachments don't fit the Coleman Airbeds. We'd recommend grabbing a Coleman Pump.

As the Monstamat is self-inflating, you shouldnt techinally need to pump it up, however it can be handy to do if you like a firmer mattress.  The Zempire Double Action Pump would be more than ok to use in this instance, just make sure not to over inflate.

As we dont stock Mountain Designs products, I can't comment on usage with one of their mats. Hope that helps!
