Throw some serious shade out bush with the 3.0 BlockOut Deluxe by OZtrail.
Beat the blistering burn of outback heat thanks to OZtrail’s BlockOut coated seam-sealed canopy, blocking direct sunlight and reducing heat by up to 11 degrees. On wetter days, anti-ponding Hydroflow bars enable water to flow freely from the canopy, preventing pooling and thus canopy damage.
Sturdier than a tree-stump stool at a campsite, the frame is constructed from OZtrail’s original 32mm deluxe stainless steel. Its three-stage system also allows for maximum height and a pack-down process more efficient than a camper after a coffee and a Clif bar.
Packed into a 600-denier wheeled carry bag, the OZtrail 3.0 Blockout Deluxe is where camping convenience meets a sun-safe haven.

Packup1 answer
Does the cover stay on the frame for pack up or is it removed & stowed separate to the frame?
Shane - Brisbane, QLD(2 weeks ago)
G'day Shane,
Best practice is to remove the canopy for pack up - it prevents wear and tear, and getting the canopy pinched or torn in the frame. You also may have some issues physically getting it back in the bag with the canopy still in place.

Waterproof spray1 answer
Can I put waterproof spray on the coating to make the item waterproof?
Maree - Bundaberg Central, QLD (1 year ago)
G'day Maree,
A non-waterproof fabric cannot be made fully waterproof. Most waterproofing sprays are designed to revive the already existing durable water-repellency coating on the fabric, you can use some waterproofing sprays although they will not completely make the fabric waterproof.

I have an older model deluxe gazebo I bought in 2018 and it has collapsed every time I use it. Is the metal any thicker/stronger in these current models?
M - Brisbane, QLD(1 year ago)
G'day M,
No, they haven't really. The frames themselves are the same and haven't changed with the exception of adding the yellow 'hydroflow' arms in the corners to keep the canopy taught. I've never heard of these gazebos collapsing at all, unless the weather is extreme and the frame blows away. Potentially get in touch with our customer support team and they can talk through the issue - you may have something broken or not quite right with the set up.

Inner tent on block out gazebo 3 x 31 answer
Will the inner tent fit this block out model gazebo?
Phil - Sunbury, VIC(1 year ago)
G'day Phil,
Yes, ultimately the frame and attachment points are the same across Oztrails 3.0 gazebo's - you shouldn't have any issues.

wet weather1 answer
how waterproof are these?
Mike - Perth, WA (2 years ago)
G'day Mike,
As we've mentioned in the specifications, Oztrail haven't provided any waterhead rating or waterproof testing on these gazebos. Whilst these Gazebos may mostly protect short bursts of rain and light showers, Oztrail don't provide any guarantee.

3.0 Blockout Hydro Dlx Gazebo fitment?1 answer
Just wondering if the HD side walls will fit this unit ... if not are there any other infills available? Thanks
Ken - Manning, WA(2 years ago)
G'day Ken,
Yes, they will fit no worries, you'll just have to make sure the walls go underneath the canopy's four corner extensions. Hope that helps.
