You’ll never drop another tomato sauce-soaked snag in your lap again, thanks to the Darche DCT 33 chair. With an in-built side table that’s complete with a cup holder, you’ll have plenty of space to sit and eat your meal without sharing most of it with your lap.
The other side features a handy side pocket which has enough space to store all your essentials, so you can keep whatever you need within arm’s reach. The feet on this chair are extra-wide, so you can lean back without sinking into the grass, and the padded armrests will keep you comfortable while you're lounging about.

Does this come with a carry bag?
G'day Mason,
The Darche DCT33 doesn't come with a carry bag, but it will fit quite nicely into the Oztrail Canvas Furniture Bag Medium
It is a toss up between The Darche DCT33 and the Black Wolf Compact Directors Chair. Just wondering what your opinion is on these two. I am quite short and medium build so a lot of chairs my feet dangle. We remote camp a lot so very rarely on totally flat ground and I am 58 yrs young so need something I don't have to be a contortionist to haul myself out of or pack up. Thanks for your help.
G'day Georgie,
Great question. To be honest, the major difference is the way in which each chair packs down. The Darche DCT33 packs down by simply pulling together, where as the Black Wolf Compact Directors Chair has the back rest fold over itself.
I've just gone and had a look at our display stock and there is only about a cm difference between the height at the front of the seat. The frame material, overall weight etc is very much the same.
I would recommend the Darche DCT33 if you're looking for a more robust chair because of its uncomplicated framework, however, the Black Wolf Compact Directors Chair is a fantastic option if you're still after a comfy chair that can pack down much smaller.
Im looking for chair that sits me more up right.
G'day Beth,
I've just sat in the Darche DCT33 chair myself, and I would say that there is a slight angle, but it definitely doesn't lean back very far.
G’day Tina, both the DCT 33 and Wave are director’s style chairs so they are generally more solid than other styles of outdoor seats so both would be good choices. I’ve tried both out in store and I’ve found that the Darche DCT33 is a bit weightier, has a wider seat and can bear 45kg more weight than the Primus Wave – so I’d say the DCT 33 is the slightly sturdier choice.
