The Dometic Coolpower EPS 817 isn't designed to be used with the CF80, but we do sell the 240v cable for the CF fridge range here

Hi, I have a portable hand blender that i purchased online in USA and live in Australia. I was wondering if I could use this to transform and convert the appliance in Australia. I understand I would need to convert the socket plug as well. The blender is 100 / DC 8v Thanks, not sure if I am on the right track

Your best bet is to get a 100 / DC 8v specific adapter for appliances. Id suggest heading somewhere like Jaycar, and take your blender with you, and they'll work out what you need to get it running here safely.
