Leaking tap

My jug also has a leaky tap. So annoying as it’s size and design are perfect otherwise.

Great Size Cooler Jug

Third one of these Ive owned and I us it all the time. Neatly fits 4 x 600ml bottles of frozen water /gatorade etc, top up with water and your set for the day. Im not a great fan of the tap design, which either eventually fails or at worst accumulates gunge inside the mechanism which then becomes "floaties" when you fill from the tap. (So don't fill from the tap !!) But at the price, this is a great jug.

Great size but tap leaks

Decided to update from an old 5 litre Willow jug but this Coleman jug is disappointing. The jug is a great size, easy to open, fill and carry and does a great job of keeping water cool. But... it was only used for a week and the tap started a slow, steady drip after a couple of days. Camping with no access to fresh water so could have done without losing what we had. Snowys need a video to show to Coleman to resolve the problem - it would have been easier if I had bought this from a local retailer in terms of returning it for a replacement. Would not recommend this jug, unfortunately.

I'm sorry to hear that - but I'd like to say, if your cooler jug is covered under warranty (which is highly likely), we'll do whatever we can to make the process a piece of cake.

Almost same price to replace whole jug than just leaking tap fitting. So bought new jug which also has leaking tap fitting. Now own two leaking jugs. They do hold temp well but disappointing all the same.
