In the boat, car, 4WD or truck, a Dometic (formerly Waeco) Cool Ice 68 Litre Icebox offers tons of holding capacity in a manageable size. Featuring integrated carry handles and tie down straps as well as refrigeration grade insulation that keeps ice anywhere from 3 to 10 days.
Made through a roto-mould process, Dometic Cool Ice Iceboxes have a smooth, precise and seam free finish, the hinges, seals and latches all line up, it’s tough and an absolute breeze to keep clean. A food quality gasket in the lid comes together in a ‘Labrinth Seal to keep the cool in and the heat out.
Strong nylon latches feature with stainless steel screws for easy replacement, fully integrated hinges sit flush with the exterior and are held together with stainless steel rods that will never need replacing.

Is this big enough for a family of four?1 answer
Interested in the WCI-70 Dometic Ice Box. If camping for up to 7 days, would this be big enough for a family of four?

This should be more than adequate for a family of four Emma, but this is somewhat dependant on the type of food you are taking.
I travel with a 40-litre fridge and a 55-litre esky for my family of four. The icebox holds all the food that doesn't go in the fridge i.e. fruit, dry goods, bread etc and I can make this work for 1-2 week long trips.
If your icebox is much bigger than this then it will end up taking up most of your vehicle's storage space, so maybe take to your car with a tape measure and make sure you can comfortably fit this in with all the other gear you will be packing.
