The most versatile Icebox in the range, the Dometic (formerly Waeco) Cool Ice 41 Litre Icebox fits neatly into most vehicles and is a great supplement to a portable fridge. Featuring integrated carry handles and tie down straps as well as refrigeration grade insulation that keeps ice anywhere from 3 to 10 days.

Made through a roto-mould process, the Dometic Cool Ice Iceboxes have a smooth, precise and seam free finish, the hinges, seals and latches all line up, it’s tough and an absolute breeze to keep clean. A food quality gasket in the lid comes together in a ‘Labrinth Seal to keep the cool in and the heat out.

Strong nylon latches feature with stainless steel screws for easy replacement, fully integrated hinges sit flush with the exterior and are held together with stainless steel rods that will never need replacing.

G'day Mark,

I've just had a chat with one of our packaging kings, Connor. He said that with the Waeco Cool Ice Iceboxes (or any other iceboxes) they will either be placed in a box or they'll be covered in bubble wrap before being wrapped in a relatively thick layer of black plastic. It should arrive at your place in Kellyville safe and sound!

hi it says the internal measurement for height is 32cm, is ths correct & if so will a wine bottle stand upright inside? Thanks

I've just re-measured the WaecoÂ Cool IceÂ Icebox WCI-42 and it seems that the dimensions got muddled a bit, so they were the wrong way round so I do apologise about that. The internal dimensions should read 55L x 32W x 23.5H cm - I've fixed that up now, so it should read correctly.Â

As for whether a wine bottle will fit standing up, I've given this a go myself with the display model and unfortunately the internal height is too small for that.Â
