This is a part-time position based in our Adelaide office, offered as a 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend.
What you’ll be working on:

Driving the creative direction of the Snowys brand, creating graphics, icons, logos and animated assets from concept to completion

Producing branded promotional artwork for social media, display advertising & EDM’s

Producing instore point-of-sale and promotional material

Collaborating with the Product, Marketing and Retail Teams to ensure that our content is of the best quality to engage our customers

Assisting the Marketing Team with organic social media content
The skills we’d love you to bring:

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign on PC)

A strong understanding of all digital & print file types, working documents and file sizing

Experience working with external printers, with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality
-
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign
-
Recent employment as a professional Graphic Designer (2+ years would be ideal)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to help us inspire more Aussies to experience the great outdoors.
This is a full-time position based in our Keswick, SA shop.
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart and ambitious Assistant Store Manager for our Keswick retail store.
As an Assistant Manager at Snowys, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including staff management, customer service, stock control, and store presentation.
You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure every customer receives expert advice and inspiration, lead by example and assist in developing a strong, customer-focused team that aligns with Snowys' Core Values.
Together with the Store Manager you will ensure that the store merchandising helps our customers shop with ease and that the store runs efficiently and achieves its’ sales goals.
This is a permanent full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment, with a team of 20+ dedicated and passionate team members.

2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within retail, preferably in a similar industry

Strong leadership and team development abilities

Proven success in achieving store sales and KPI targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with creating store displays and visual merchandising

A passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of camping and outdoor gear
-
Ability to work 38 hours each week, across weekdays and weekends

What we're really interested in finding is an experienced lover of camping, caravanning and/or 4WDer who is personable, vibrant, and energetic with a willingness to learn. Our customers love to shop at Snowys because they know they'll get the best advice from a team that know our products and have a shared love of outdoor adventures.
So, if you’ve had camping experience, studied or worked in outdoor recreation or tourism, or are involved in one of the many outdoor communities across South Australia - we'd love to hear from you!

Warranty Officer

About Snowys
If we roll back the clock to the mid-90s, Richard, our founder, opened up a small shed-like storefront, selling outdoor gear to the locals living in the western suburbs of Adelaide. Within 2 years, the business outgrew the little shop and moved to Richmond Rd, Keswick in a store 15 times the size! That big orange building has been the home of Snowys ever since.
The Department
Our Customer Support Team ensures an exceptional customer experience every time by phone, email and social media channels. We are also responsible for after sales support including warranties, returns and freight assistance.
Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced Warranties & after-sales expert to provide the ultimate experience for our customers. Working part-time (approx. 25 hours a week), you will become a go-to product expert - assessing, repairing and documenting product faults and liaising with both customers and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for each claim, as well as supporting the team in general customer enquiries.
Warranty claims & credits processing experience, as well as demonstratable problem-solving skills essential.
