Strap broke at the seam first time I hung it up with water. Also had trouble with the water stopper not releasing when unscrewing the shower rose.

Got this and as simple as it looks the thing didn't work. The water either didn't come out at all or it just poured out. I thought twisting the shower head allowed you to stop/ start the flow but it didn't. Won't use again.

We understand that people’s circumstances can change and we will always look to work through a solution that works for both you and ZIP. It is hard to help if we don’t hear from you!
