BlackWolf Cancun 80L Travel Pack

There isn't a rain cover with this Cancun 80L Travel Pack, although you could add a separate Large Pack Cover. This pack is really designed as a Travel back, rather than a hiking Rucksack, so we'd recommend considering another option for the Gold Duke of Ed Hike. Yes the straps on the Black Wolf Cancun 80L Tavel Pack zip away under a specially designed flap so there is no need to purchase a separate travel cover.

There are a few differences between the Black Wolf Cancun and Cuba Travel Packs. The Cancun is quite a basic model and the Cuba has a few extra features that aren't on the Cancun. The Cuba has an expansion zip, which allows you to add 10L to your bag. It also has a rain cover for the main pack and on the daypack, it has a bottle pouch and RFID blocking pocket.

Without having a laptop to physically try this one, we used a measuring tape to look inside the daypack of the Black Wolf Cancun 80L Travel Pack and we're pretty certain that you'll have no worries fitting a 14" laptop inside the bag.

I've just had a look at the Cancun 80L pack downstairs, and I found that it has a U-shaped zipper opening - so it is similar to a suitcase opening.

I've just had a look at the Cancun downstairs to confirm, and yes you can lock the zips on this pack.

I've just checked the display, and the Cancun pack has 2 main openings - one at the bottom just under the day pack, and one along the top. The other Black Wolf packs that have two main openings (top and bottom) are the Cuba, and Cedar Breaks models.
