The Kookaburra Annex Mat is fairly breathable and have plenty of holes in them to allow the grass to breathe.

The Kookaburra Annex Mat is definitely suitable inside the tent. It's made from a slightly spongy PVC type material so tends to be fairly grippy (a little like the non-slip mats you can put in cutlery draws).

Yep, you're spot on there. Dirt and water can filter through these mats so they're a great option for using in a caravan park.

The Kookaburra Annex Mat is pretty similar to the Ultramesh in purpose, the Annex Mat will generally be a better option in your awning or annexe and the Ultramesh is usually a better option under the tent.
